How does Sell My Home Market work? Enter your address, tell us a bit about your home, and local agents compete for your listing with proposals covering their fee, marketing plan, and terms. You review the proposals and choose the agent who fits you best — or none at all.
Is it free to use? Yes. There is no cost or obligation for sellers. You never pay to receive proposals, and you're never required to select an agent.
Will agents contact me before I choose one? Competing agents see your property details and what you're looking for, but not your name, phone number, or email. Your contact information is released only to the single agent you select.
How accurate is my home valuation? The valuation shown is an automated estimate based on third-party property data. It's a helpful starting point, not an appraisal — your selected agent can help you price your home for market.
I'm an agent — how do I compete for listings? There's no subscription or upfront cost. You submit a proposal and choose the referral you'll pay if you win the listing and the sale closes. Learn more on our Agent Community page.
How do I stop emails or texts? Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to a text message.
How do I delete my account or data? Email us at the address above and we'll take care of it.
